For the Children’s Sake – sharing God’s love and bringing hope
to orphaned and at-risk children
through Christian education and teacher training.
Education is one of the greatest gifts that a child can receive. Yet vulnerable children do not have access to even adequate education because the schools and teachers trying to serve them are not well prepared. For the Children’s Sake operates Tenkaraki Inkera, a demonstration school for at-risk Maasai children, allowing students the opportunity to learn about Christ while receiving a excellent education. We also provide professional development for teachers in small Christian schools and even some public schools who are working with at-risk children. We help teachers learn to provide Christ-honoring education and to do a better job of teaching academics. Our school showcases the methods taught in our professional development seminars with the most vulnerable children.
